About the role

Join Lush as a Seasonal Sales Assistant and become the friendly face of the store. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and create a fun, engaging shopping experience while supporting the team to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, demonstrations and tailored samples.
• Assist in hosting in‑store events and create memorable experiences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing shop floor.
• Manage stock levels, ensure shelves are well‑stocked and adapt displays to seasonal trends.
• Control store costs such as product waste and support budget targets.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating 5‑star experiences.
• Team‑oriented mindset, contributing positively to a collaborative store environment.
• Strong communication skills to keep information flowing smoothly across the team.
