About the role
Join Reiss’s Exeter store as a Seasonal Sales Associate on a fixed‑term, part‑time basis. You will help deliver premium customer service during the busy Christmas and sales periods, working at least three days a week, including evenings and key holiday dates.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience.
- Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and product range.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
- Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
Required profile
- Passion for premium or luxury products.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast‑paced retail settings.
- Team‑player with strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
