About the role

Join Reiss’s Belfast store for the busy Christmas and sales periods as a Seasonal Sales Associate. You will work on a fixed‑term basis, providing premium customer service and supporting the management team to meet sales and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, tailored customer‑service experience.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and product range.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
