About the role
Joining us as a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer service in our stores and support the ‘fulfil from store’ delivery service during the busy Christmas and sales periods. The role is available on both part‑time and full‑time bases, with contracts running until 31 January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in‑store service to customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment.
- Pack stock carefully for dispatch to customers.
- Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
Required profile
- Passion and enthusiasm for the Reiss product.
- A keen interest in style.
- Customer‑first approach.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and decision‑making skills.
- Team player with strong verbal communication.
