About the role
Join our Reading store as a Seasonal Sales Associate during the busy Christmas and sales periods. You will help deliver exceptional customer service and support our ‘fulfil from store’ delivery service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in‑store service to customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Pick stock accurately for online order fulfilment.
- Pack stock carefully for dispatch to customers.
- Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
Required profile
- Passion and enthusiasm for the Reiss product.
- A keen interest in style.
- Customer‑first approach.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
