Seasonal Sales Associate – Retail (Canary Wharf)

About the role

Join us as a Seasonal Sales Associate at our Canary Wharf store, supporting exceptional customer service and helping to fulfil online orders during the busy Christmas and sales periods. The role runs from October/November/December through to January 2027, with both part‑time and full‑time availability required (excluding Christmas Day).

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in‑store service to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment.
• Pack stock carefully for dispatch to customers.
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.

Required profile

• Passion and enthusiasm for the Reiss product.
• Keen interest in style and fashion.
• Customer‑first approach.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
