About the role

Lush is looking for a Seasonal Supervisor to join its Bromley store for 12‑18 hours per week. You will lead a small sales team, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values.
  • Maintain clear, friendly communication with colleagues, the store manager, and nearby stores.
  • Handle customer interactions, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support team morale while balancing business needs and store targets.
