Seasonal Supervisor – Part‑time (12 hrs/week)

About the role

Seasonal Supervisors at Lush lead a small team in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. This part‑time, fixed‑term role works 12 hours per week during the seasonal period.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, feedback and product knowledge support.
• Engage with customers, offering tailored product recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor and ensure displays follow seasonal guidelines.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation and creative initiatives.
• Organise in‑store events and customer celebrations, training staff to host them confidently.
• Provide training, feedback and development for team members and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
• Lead the store in the manager’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards.
• Uphold health and safety standards and support overall store compliance.
