Seasonal Supervisor – Retail (Part‑time, Fixed‑term)

About the role

Lush is looking for a Seasonal Supervisor to lead a store team during the busy holiday period. This part‑time, fixed‑term role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shop‑floor atmosphere. You will work closely with the store manager and neighbouring stores to ensure smooth communication and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve high standards of customer service.
• Provide regular feedback and product‑knowledge training to improve team performance.
• Maintain clear and friendly communication with the store manager, colleagues and nearby stores.
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism, set expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Support team morale while balancing business needs and seasonal targets.
