About the role
The Levi’s® Tailor Shop provides customers with the chance to customise, personalise and repair their Levi’s® denim. Tailors work on‑site to alter garment lengths, add patches or studs, and deliver a high‑standard craft experience.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, customise products on the shop floor and take measurements for alterations.
- Support the shop floor team with sales, schedule appointments and ensure smooth operations through clear communication with colleagues and management.
Required profile
- Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
- Previous tailoring experience, preferably with retail exposure, and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- High‑standard sewing and stitching.
