About the role
Join a multi‑award‑winning property finance company in London as a Second Charge Mortgage Broker. You will guide developers and investors through the full lifecycle of second‑charge mortgage deals, from initial lead qualification to successful completion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage second‑charge mortgage cases from prospecting to settlement.
- Conduct client consultations, assess suitability and present financing options.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the application process.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 months experience advising on second‑charge mortgages.
- Highly motivated, organised and commercially aware.
- Strong verbal and numerical communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a professional approach to client interaction.
- CF1 or CeMAP qualification beneficial but not essential.

What we offer
- Competitive base salary £35k‑£50k per year.
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £75k‑£125k.
