About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Secondary Cover Supervisors to step into classrooms across the Kent and Medway area when teachers are absent. The role can start immediately or begin at the start of the new academic year, offering both part‑time and full‑time options.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absence.
- Deliver pre‑set work and keep students engaged.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Required profile
- Experience working with young people (e.g., school, coaching, youth work) or recent graduate eager to gain classroom experience.
- Ability to follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour.
Required skills
- Classroom supervision.
- Delivery of pre‑prepared teaching materials.
