About the role

Reed is seeking Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across Kent and Medway. This is a flexible, temporary position that allows you to step into the classroom, deliver pre‑prepared lessons and support pupils on a day‑to‑day basis.

Key responsibilities

Provide cover supervision in secondary classrooms as required.
Deliver pre‑prepared lesson plans confidently and accurately.
Maintain a positive learning environment and manage pupil behaviour.
Adapt quickly to different school settings and timetables.

Required profile

Some experience working with young people in education or youth‑focused settings.
Strong behaviour management abilities.
Confidence delivering pre‑prepared lessons.
Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
