About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to deliver pre‑prepared lessons in secondary schools across Kent and Medway. This flexible, temporary position allows you to fit teaching work around your lifestyle while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons to secondary pupils as required.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
• Provide short‑term (day‑to‑day) cover and support longer‑term staffing needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Required profile

• Some experience working with young people in education or youth‑focused settings.
• Strong behaviour management abilities.
• Confidence delivering pre‑prepared lesson material.
• Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
