About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Kent and Medway. This flexible, temporary position allows you to deliver pre‑prepared lessons and maintain classroom order while fitting around your personal schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑prepared lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide day‑to‑day cover and support for short‑term or longer‑term staffing needs.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Some experience working with young people in education or youth‑focused settings.
- Strong behaviour management abilities.
- Confidence in delivering pre‑planned lessons.
- Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
