Reed is seeking enthusiastic Secondary Cover Supervisors to step into classrooms across Kent and Medway when teachers are absent. The role is available immediately and for the upcoming academic year, offering flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absence.
• Deliver pre‑set work and keep students engaged.
• Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment.

Required profile

• Experience working with young people (school, coaching, youth work) or recent graduate eager for classroom exposure.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and manage student behaviour.
