Secondary Maths Teacher – Angmering (Full‑time, Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Maths teacher to join a secondary school in Angmering. The role involves teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, planning engaging lessons and supporting pupil progress within a collaborative department.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver differentiated Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
• Plan and prepare schemes of work and teaching resources.
• Track and monitor student progress, providing targeted interventions.
• Work closely with the Maths department to share best practice.
• Contribute to wider school activities and enrichment programmes.

Required profile

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Mathematics.
• Ability to manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Adaptable, driven and committed to student progress.
• Open to both experienced teachers and early‑career teachers.
