About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic secondary school teachers to join our supply pool across Kent and Medway. The role offers flexible, day‑to‑day assignments as well as longer‑term cover, allowing you to match work with your personal schedule while gaining experience in a variety of school environments.

Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour effectively.
Adapt teaching materials to suit the specific curriculum and resources of each school.
Provide accurate records of attendance and assessment as required.

Required profile

Qualified secondary teacher (ECT or experienced).
Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
Willingness to work in different schools within Kent and Medway.
