Secondary School Teacher – Multiple Subjects (London)

About the role
Teaching Personnel is partnering with a range of secondary schools in South West London to recruit qualified teachers for September start dates. The positions are full‑time or part‑time, permanent and long‑term, covering a wide variety of subject specialisms.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons for assigned subjects.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievement.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – mandatory.
- A degree in the relevant subject or a related field.
- Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

- Excellent classroom and behaviour management techniques.
- Ability to inspire, engage and motivate learners of diverse abilities.
- Effective communication with students, staff and parents.
