About the role
Reed Education is seeking qualified secondary school teachers for supply positions across Kent and Medway. The role offers flexible, part‑time or full‑time assignments for the new academic year, allowing you to work in a variety of local secondary schools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons to secondary students in assigned subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different school settings and student needs.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent for secondary education.
- Willingness to work on a supply basis across multiple schools.
- Flexibility to take on part‑time or full‑time assignments.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
