Secondary School Teacher – Supply (Kent & Medway)

About the role
We are looking for qualified secondary school teachers to join our supply pool across Kent and Medway. This flexible, temporary role allows you to work in a variety of secondary schools, matching your availability and preferred hours.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons to secondary students across a range of subjects.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback in line with school policies.
- Adapt teaching methods quickly to suit different school settings and timetables.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with a recognized teaching certification for secondary education.
- Experience teaching at secondary level in the UK.
- Flexibility to work on short‑notice assignments across multiple schools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to integrate quickly into new school environments.
