About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic secondary school teachers to join our supply pool across Kent and Medway. This flexible, full‑time opportunity allows you to work in a variety of secondary schools, delivering engaging lessons on a day‑to‑day or longer‑term basis.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for secondary pupils.
Maintain effective classroom management and behaviour standards.
Adapt teaching approaches to suit different school environments and student needs.
Collaborate with school staff to support pupil progress.

Required profile

Qualified secondary teacher (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).
Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
Proactive, reliable, and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in various schools within Kent and Medway.
