About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic secondary supply teachers to provide short‑term, day‑to‑day and long‑term cover for schools in Bolton. This flexible position allows you to work in well‑established local schools while maintaining a balanced schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities and Modern Foreign Languages.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment during staff absences.
• Support pupils’ academic progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.

• Confident in delivering curriculum content and managing classroom dynamics.
• Committed to supporting pupil learning and achieving educational outcomes.
• Flexible and reliable, able to step into varied school settings on short notice.
