About the role
This is a term‑time only, full‑time supply teaching position for secondary schools in Cheltenham, starting September 2026 and running until the end of the academic year. The role involves delivering lessons, supporting pupils, and maintaining high standards of learning.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons.
- Provide individual and group support to pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Ensure the quality of learning and attainment.
Required profile
- Experience working with children within the last 5 years.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong behaviour management abilities.
- Patient, resilient and able to build strong relationships with pupils.
