Secondary Supply Teacher – Flexible Day-to-Day Roles

About the role
Reed Education is seeking qualified secondary supply teachers to cover day-to-day and short-term teaching assignments across schools in Reading, Wokingham, West Berkshire and surrounding areas from September.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum content to secondary students in accordance with school policies.
- Provide short-term or long-term classroom cover as required.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) certification.
- Early-career teachers (ECT) or experienced secondary teachers.
- Subject specialist expertise across any secondary curriculum area.
Required skills
- Classroom management.
- Effective lesson planning and delivery.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple school sites.
