About the role

Reed Education is recruiting secondary supply teachers to work in schools across Reading, Wokingham, West Berkshire and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible day‑to‑day supply, short‑term cover, and longer‑term teaching opportunities for qualified educators.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day supply teaching in secondary schools across the designated region.
  • Cover short‑term absences and deliver lesson plans as required.
  • Take on longer‑term teaching assignments when needed.

Required profile

  • Qualified teachers holding QTS or QTLS.
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking experience.
  • Experienced secondary teachers and subject specialists across any curriculum area.
