About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic secondary supply teachers to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in Bognor Regis and surrounding schools. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose day‑to‑day supply, short‑term or longer placements that suit your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for secondary pupils.
- Maintain a positive, purposeful learning environment.
- Follow each school’s policies, behaviour procedures and safeguarding guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff and school leadership.
Required profile
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Flexible, proactive and professional attitude.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
