Secondary Supply Teacher

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic supply teachers to deliver lessons in secondary schools across Teesside. The role offers flexible daily or longer‑term placements covering Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Maintain effective classroom behaviour and follow school policies.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and student needs.
- Provide cover for a range of subjects, with subject specialism welcomed but not essential.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
