About the role
We are recruiting Secondary Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and well‑resourced schools in High Wycombe. The role offers day‑to‑day, short‑term or longer‑term placements for flexible working.
Required profile
- Experience working with children in a secondary school setting
- Experience supporting pupils across KS3 and/or KS4/KS5
- Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
- Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable (but not essential)
- Ability to travel to schools across Amersham
