Secondary Teachers (All Subjects) – Summer Term & September Opportunities

About the role
Reed is partnering with a range of secondary schools and trusts across Kent and Medway to source qualified teachers for the Summer Term and upcoming September placements. The role offers flexible supply work across all subject areas, allowing educators to choose full‑time or part‑time assignments that suit their career goals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess lessons across a variety of secondary subjects.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Collaborate with school leadership and fellow teachers to support curriculum objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching at secondary level, preferably across multiple subjects.
- Flexibility to work on a supply or temporary basis during the Summer Term and September.
- Commitment to high standards of honesty, fairness and professionalism.
