About the role
Engage Education is recruiting enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to support students in a range of welcoming secondary schools in Crawley. This role offers the chance to work directly with young people, assisting teachers and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support where needed.
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students to reach their full potential.
Required profile
- Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
- Positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
