About the role
Engage Education is recruiting enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to support students in secondary schools across Greenwich. The role involves assisting teachers, providing one‑to‑one and small‑group support, and helping create an inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support students both in and out of the classroom.
- Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support where required.
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students to reach their full potential.
Required profile
- Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
- Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
