About the role
We are partnering with a range of secondary schools across Berkshire to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for a September start. The role offers the chance to support young learners in a dynamic classroom environment, helping them achieve academic and personal growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects.
- Provide one‑to‑one, small‑group, or whole‑class support to students.
- Encourage positive behaviour and active engagement with learning.
- Support pupils with additional educational needs where required.
- Help create an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning atmosphere.
Required profile
- Passion for working with young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, flexible and positive attitude.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
- Previous experience with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
