Securities Advisory & Trading Specialist (Director)

About the role

Citi’s Wealth Markets Group is seeking a Director‑level Securities Advisory & Trading Specialist to lead its Fixed Income franchise while delivering integrated solutions across equities, derivatives and credit for high‑net‑worth clients, family offices and private wealth entities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary Fixed Income authority, shaping strategy, driving P&L and revenue targets.
• Provide market commentary, research and trade ideas that influence desk positioning and client decisions.
• Manage and grow a dedicated book of high‑value private clients across Fixed Income, Equities, listed derivatives and exotic OTC equity products.
• Deliver cross‑asset advisory and execution, including credit products, while ensuring rigorous risk management.
• Mentor junior talent and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the platform’s capabilities.

Required profile

• Senior professional with deep expertise in Fixed Income markets and proven leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to generate significant revenue and manage a high‑value client portfolio.
• Strong commercial acumen, influencing skills and a track record of strategic execution.
• Experience in equities, derivatives and credit products is essential.
