Security Engineer III

About the role

We are looking for a Security Engineer III to design, build, and operate security tooling for large‑scale cloud platforms. You will work closely with engineering, incident response, and GRC teams to ensure security solutions are integrated and adopted across our AWS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security tools and automation using Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure as code, supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with software development teams to embed security controls into architecture.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with New Relic and CloudWatch.
• Provide capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and runbook documentation.
• Troubleshoot security incidents and communicate findings clearly.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cybersecurity and cloud security best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (or comparable cloud platforms such as OCI or Aliyun).
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and partner with cross‑functional teams.
