Security Officer – Campus Management Suite

About the role

We are looking for a Security Officer to join the dedicated team at Eastlands Campus in Manchester. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, safeguarding assets and managing incidents across the campus and its surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional reception and security for staff, visitors and contractors.
• Conduct searches, patrol the premises and monitor CCTV where applicable.
• Manage and report incidents, including lost or vulnerable visitors, in line with the Etihad campus safety charter.
• Work both outdoors in all weather conditions and inside the control room as required.
• Support security for match and event days, from small games to large concerts.

Required profile

• Minimum age 18 and a confident communicator.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a rotating shift pattern (four days, four nights, four days off).
• Good IT knowledge for incident reporting.
• SIA Door Supervisor licence (mandatory).
• Willingness to obtain a CCTV licence if not already held.
