Security Officer – £30k-£35k + Benefits

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to join a highly specialised organisation operating a world‑class facility. You will play a key role in protecting people, property and critical assets while supporting day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site patrols and manage access control.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding to incidents and emergencies.
• Handle alarms, incidents and emergencies promptly and safely.
• Complete accurate security reports and maintain detailed records.
• Work a rotating shift pattern (38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday).

Required profile

• Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence.
• Ex‑forces or ex‑public service background encouraged.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts and remain calm under pressure.
• British passport and eligibility to pass security clearance.
