Security Systems Field Service Engineer – Access Control & CCTV

About the role

We are looking for a Security Systems Field Service Engineer to deliver service, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on CCTV and access control systems installed primarily in blocks of flats across South East London. The role works Monday to Friday, 08:30‑16:30, with overtime paid as required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service calls, PPMs and reactive maintenance on CCTV and access control installations.
• Travel to customer sites within the SE London patch and complete work safely and efficiently.
• Document service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience working on security systems, specifically CCTV and access control.
• Based within a reasonable driving distance of the service area.
• Full‑time availability for a permanent PAYE position.
