Selector – Early Shift (5am start)

About the role
As a Selector at Aldi you will be the first point of contact for getting products ready for store shelves. Working from a 5 am start, you will use a headset to receive picking instructions, ensure accuracy, and keep the warehouse running safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Select products accurately to meet daily picking targets.
- Follow spoken instructions and double‑check paperwork for correctness.
- Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently, with training provided.
Required profile
- Hard‑working and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, physical role.
- Reliable, flexible and able to adapt to changing shift patterns.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling stock and paperwork.
Required skills
- Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) operation.
