Self-Employed Enforcement Agent (Flexible Contractor)

About the role

Join one of the UK’s largest providers of enforcement services as a self‑employed Enforcement Agent. You will work on a flexible, contract‑based basis, supporting Transport for London, National Highways and local authorities across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and resolve Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) and Council Tax enforcement cases on behalf of our clients.
• Operate independently while adhering to client guidelines and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and submit weekly invoices for completed work.
• Utilise provided equipment and follow health and safety protocols during field operations.

Required profile

• Valid Enforcement Agent Certificate.
• Taking Control of Goods qualification.
• Appropriate business insurance covering enforcement activities.
• Valid vehicle, driving licence and related documentation.
• Proven experience in enforcement or related field work.
