Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor – High Net Worth Clients (Remote)

About the role

Finlink Ltd is seeking an experienced self‑employed Mortgage Advisor to work remotely with high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients. The role focuses on complex, advice‑led mortgage solutions rather than high‑volume, low‑value transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke mortgage advice to HNW and UHNW clients with large borrowing requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with professional introducers such as accountants, tax advisers, law firms, and asset managers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage process, including sourcing suitable products and structuring deals.
• Leverage the firm’s administration support and introduced opportunities while maintaining autonomy over your client portfolio.
• Build long‑term professional networks to generate sustainable, high‑value business.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a mortgage adviser, preferably with high‑value or private banking clients.
• Strong understanding of complex mortgage structures and development finance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with introducers and senior clients.
