Self-Employed Mortgage Broker – Hybrid (All Leads)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join a successful property firm with an attached mortgage brokerage. This is a self‑employed, hybrid position where you will work with a full pipeline of qualified leads provided by the client services team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry to completion using provided leads.
- Collaborate with the administrative team for documentation and compliance.
- Maintain relationships with lenders and ensure the best mortgage solutions for clients.
- Attend the North London office every Wednesday and the last Friday of each month.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of mortgage brokerage experience.
- CeMAP (Essential) qualification.
- Team‑player, organised and proactive.
Required skills
- CeMAP certification
- Mortgage underwriting
- Mortgage product knowledge

- £2,000 retainer for the first six months.
