Self-Employed Mortgage Broker – Hybrid Role with Retainer

About the role
Join a successful property firm with an attached mortgage brokerage as a self‑employed Mortgage Broker. You will work on a hybrid basis, receiving all client leads and a six‑month retainer while enjoying the flexibility of self‑employment.
Key responsibilities
- Work with independent leads qualified by the client services team.
- Attend the North London office every Wednesday and the last Friday of each month.
- Utilise provided administrator support and office space.
- Manage mortgage applications and maintain client relationships.
Required profile
- CeMAP Essential qualification with 1–2 years of mortgage brokerage experience.
- Team player who is organised and proactive.
Required skills
What we offer
- £2,000 retainer for the first six months (non‑debatable).
- Generous commissions on all leads provided.
- Administrator support and qualified leads from the client services team.
- Hybrid working model with dedicated office space in North London.
