About the role

Join a technology‑driven property business as a self‑employed Sales & Lettings Agent covering North London. You will operate independently, building your own territory while benefitting from qualified leads, training, marketing support and a leading technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and list residential properties.
• Build relationships with homeowners and prospective vendors.
• Manage viewings, buyer enquiries and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through the full transaction process from instruction to completion.
• Develop a personal brand and local profile to generate referrals and repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential estate agency, sales, valuations or business generation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• In‑depth knowledge of the North London property market.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
