Self‑Employed Cleaner – Lancaster & Surroundings

About the role

We are looking for a reliable self‑employed cleaner to provide high‑quality cleaning services to commercial and domestic clients across Lancaster and nearby areas. You will work independently, managing your own schedule while delivering professional, detail‑oriented service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of offices, commercial premises, holiday lets and residential properties.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop and sanitise designated areas, including kitchens, bathrooms and high‑touch surfaces.
• Empty bins, dispose of waste safely and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow company procedures and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant client or company.
• Travel between multiple client locations and manage workload independently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in domestic and commercial cleaning.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Professional communication with clients and company representatives.
