About the role

We are partnering with a successful, well‑established IFA firm near Maidstone that is expanding its network of self‑employed Independent Financial Advisers. The role is ideal for advisers who already have a client base and are looking for office facilities, paraplanning and administrative support without monthly fees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent financial advice to existing and prospective clients.
• Utilise the firm’s paraplanning and admin team to prepare recommendations and documentation.
• Leverage marketing assistance and guidance from a senior IFA to grow your client portfolio.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.

Required profile

• Self‑employed IFA with an active client base or a newly qualified adviser with a solid business plan.
• Motivated “go‑getter” attitude and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to collaborate with the firm’s support teams.
