About the role

This fully home‑based position offers experienced mortgage advisors the chance to work independently while benefiting from a strong support network and a highly competitive commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base.
• Build and maintain client relationships, supported by pre‑qualified leads.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage pipeline from enquiry to completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maximise earnings through a commission model that rewards high performance.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience as a mortgage advisor in a regulated environment.
• Current or previous experience operating in a self‑employed or advisory capacity.
• Desirable: experience within a network environment and an existing client book.
