Self‑Employed Mortgage Broker – All Leads (Hybrid)

About the role
Our client, an established property firm with an attached mortgage brokerage, is seeking an experienced mortgage broker to work on a self‑employed basis. The role provides a steady flow of qualified leads and a supportive office environment in North London.
Key responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry to completion.
- Work with leads supplied and qualified by the client services team.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, lenders and solicitors.
- Attend the office on Wednesdays and the last Friday of each month.
Required profile
- CeMAP (Essential) qualification with 1‑2 years of mortgage broking experience.
- Proactive, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
