Self‑Employed Mortgage Broker – Hybrid (All Leads)

About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed Mortgage Broker to join a thriving property firm with an attached brokerage. The role is hybrid, offering office space in North London while allowing you to work independently on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mortgage proposals for clients using leads supplied by the company.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and CeMAP standards.
• Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to loan completion.
• Collaborate with the administrative team for paperwork and documentation.
• Attend the office every Wednesday and the last Friday of each month.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (essential) with 1‑2 years of mortgage brokerage experience.
• Team‑player attitude, highly organised and proactive.
• Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.

• CeMAP qualification.
