Self‑Employed Mortgage Broker – Hybrid, Leads & Retainer

About the role
Join a successful property firm with an attached mortgage brokerage as a self‑employed Mortgage Broker. You will work on a hybrid basis, receiving all qualified leads and a six‑month retainer while enjoying the flexibility of self‑employment.
Key responsibilities
- Process and advise on mortgage applications using provided leads.
- Maintain compliance with CeMAP (Essential) standards.
- Collaborate with the client services team to qualify independent leads.
- Attend the North London office every Wednesday and the last Friday of each month.
- Utilise on‑site administrative support and office space.
Required profile
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience as a mortgage broker.
- Hold a CeMAP (Essential) qualification.
- Team‑player, organised and proactive.
Required skills
What we offer
- £2,000 monthly retainer for the first six months.
- Generous commission on all leads provided.
- Administrator support and qualified leads from the client services team.
- Dedicated office space in North London.
